How to Make Friends & Stop Bullying

Be Nice: Why its important to respect each other
Listen: Pay attention when others are talking. It shows you care about what they say.
Use Names: When you talk to someone, use their name. It makes them feel special.
Be Positive: Focus on the good things about others instead of pointing out their mistakes.
Compliment: Say nice things about people. It makes them happy and they’ll like you more!
Understand Feelings: Try to see things from other people’s point of view. This helps you get along better.
Share Interests: Talk about things you both like. It helps you connect and have fun together.
Be Helpful: Offer to help others when you can. It shows you’re a good friend

How to build resilience: Accept yourself. The good bad and everything in between.
